| Villa Escaleras can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Larger groups may be accommodated by occupying both the Villa and the Casa. The Casa is available for large groups renting the Villa or may be rented separately from the Villa. In addition, the Casa is available for long term (one or more months) occupancy. Contact us for long term rates and information.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Security Deposit.
In addition to the rates shown above, we require
payment of a $250.00 damage deposit, refundable,
in full or in part as appropriate, after an
inspection made at the time of checkout.
Minimum Stay. A
minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Reservation
Deposit. A 50% deposit is necessary to secure
reservations.
Payment/Cancellation. Payment in full of the
balance due is required at the time of check-in.
Payment accepted by wire transfer, direct
deposit, personal check or cash, in colones or
US dollars. All transfer fees and bank charges must be paid by client at the time of transfer.
Refunds for cancellations (less a 10% processing
charge) will only be issued if you notify us at
least 60 days prior to check-in date.
If you choose to re-schedule (minimum 30 days
notice), we will hold your deposit towards your
future reservation without charge.
